OUR RETURN POLICY
Don’t love your items? We totally understand! Having to return something is never fun, so we want to make it as hassle-free as possible for you. We now offer free returns in the form of a store gift card on all regularly priced items! Here is all that we ask from you:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of purchase. To initiate a return, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you will be returning your items. If your order is eligible for a return, we will then email you a pre-paid label. All that we ask is that you send us the packing slip back with your items. We must receive your return within 14 days from the initiated return. Please note that all sale items purchased are final sale.
Items must be unworn & unwashed, free from any odor and/or pet hair and must have all tags attached. After your items have been received at our warehouse we will inspect the items. Once the return is approved, we will send you a digital gift card for the refunded amount to the email address you placed the order with. Please keep in mind that all original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Accessories, sale items, and anything used for personal wellness (ie, face masks, pacifiers, lotions etc) are not eligible for a return. If you wish to size exchange an item, please utilize the same return policy and you may repurchase the correct size using your digital gift card.
